The obvious question about the disastrous debut of the Healthcare.Gov website is who are the assholes that designed the site? Considering how important this website is for the President and all his supporters, and knowing that the developers involved in the project had years and resources to do it right, were these “experts” hired to do the project based on qualifications or political connections and bribes? And WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MESS?

The obvious question about the disastrous debut of the Healthcare.Gov website is who are the assholes that designed the site?  Considering how important this website is for the President and all his supporters, and knowing that the developers involved in the project had years and resources to do it right, were these “experts” hired to do the project based on qualifications or political connections and bribes?  And WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MESS?  Below are some answers:

At least 55 major contractors were involved in creating, managing or supporting HealthCare.gov, the new consumer database of insurance plans created under the health reform law, but their public comments since it went live on October 1 are eerily similar, boiling down to either “Not our fault,” or “No comment.”

In fact, it is quite likely that no individual is to blame, which is a dubious benefit of this kind of crowd-sourcing.  The Wall Street Journal identifies the problem as a bottleneck in the registration process where a number of programs developed by different companies collide.

Reminds me of my old country.  We had a saying:  Everything belongs to everybody so nobody is responsible and nobody cares.
